Cancellation Policy

We at Liv’d in Beauty respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Please note that a 24 hour notice will save you from a cancellation fee. STRICT & ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY You are responsible for confirming your appointment through the text or email reminders as well as cancelling the appointment in the proper amount time to avoid the cancellation fee. Since the service(s) booked are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hour notice & “No Shows” will result in a 50% fee of the cost of the booked service for ANY APPOINTMENTS. CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY TEXT OR THROUGH THE BOOKING SYSTEM. In order to book your next appointment all service charges MUST be paid in full or the charge will be added to your next appointment. *After multiple late, cancelled, or missed appointments we have the right to refuse service
